About Us
Paula, my wife, partner,
and co-owner is not shy (she just hates to have her picture taken). She
is very much customer oriented and has been in management in the
hospitality industry for over twenty years. Paula is very good about
making sure the customer is taken care of: From a clean dining area to
prompt and attentive service. I also have been working in this industry
for over twenty years, from country clubs, hotels, good food fast and
casual dining. We both have an affinity for the restaurant world and know
what makes it work. Consistency, quality and caring are the cornerstone,
but loving what you do is the heart and soul. People feel it when they
pass through the doors, they taste it in the way the food livens their
mouth, and they come back because unlike the world where "it's just a job"
attitude prevails, we work for the art and the joy of doing. Knowing that
we are improving and growing daily and through that sincere desire to do
better, we and our customers will share in our joy and in our progress.
